Who are Studio Prati?

Studio Prati & Partners are a business accountants and consultants firm operating under the license of the Italian Government Ministries of Economics and Justice. Since 1977 Studio Prati represents the landmark for professional business services in the Lake Garda area.

Our Mission is to provide professional services with excellence and care, understanding the clients’ concerns and establishing bonds of trust and respect that will endure. That’s why we are specialized in managing composite family assets and estates, both for Italian and foreign clients.

Founder

A, n°36; Member of the Statutory Auditor Register held by the Ministry for Economics and Finance, n° 47351. Lorenzo Prati is the founder of the studio. He works as accountant and consultant since 1977 and he deals with the studio’s International relationships and with extraordinary company operations.

Arrigo Spagnolli

Small-medium business consulting

Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor “Dottore Commercialista e Revisore Contabile” admitted in Trento and Rovereto, sez. A, n°281; Member of the Statutory Auditor Register held by the Ministry for Economics and Finance, n° 111947.

He deals with tax, management and company consulting for small-medium business in the Garda Lake area.

Doct. Emanuela Zanolli

Financial and legal consulting

Doct. Zanolli deals with financial and legal consulting for the clients of the firm, both Italian and International.
